1 lb jumbo lump crabmeat
2 tbsp cup sherry vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp horseradish
1 minced shallot
2 tbsp chopped chives
1 tsp sugar
juice of 1 lemon
⅔ cup of Blue Plate mayo
1 tsp Zatarains liquid crab boil
dash of Tabasco
salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Procedure
1. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together except the crabmeat.
2. Gently fold in crabmeat.
